The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TS DECO CO., LTD., a company registered in Taiwan.
TS DECO operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide customers worldwide with a curated shopping experience. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

Many of our products are handcrafted using specialty and natural textiles. As a result, slight variations in color, weave, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at our sole discretion.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from TS DECO CO., LTD. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and order confirmation has been issued.
Some products may be offered in limited quantities, or as custom or made-to-order items, including custom sizes or quantities. Orders for such items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.
Please review your order carefully before submission. Once an order has been accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges unless expressly stated.

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TS DECO is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and TS DECO CO., LTD. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through our store, and you expressly release Shopify from any related claims.

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
