退款政策
1. Eligibility for Returns (Ready-Stock Items)
Returns are accepted only for ready-stock items and must meet the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items, including but not limited to:
- Custom sizes or dimensions
- Custom quantities
- Items produced specifically to customer specifications
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Custom-made items are created exclusively for each order and therefore cannot be resold.
3. Handcrafted Variations
Our products are handcrafted using specialty and natural textiles.
As a result, slight variations in color, weave, texture, or finish may occur.
These characteristics are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Such variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
All claims are subject to review.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged at our discretion.
5. Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior approval.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
7. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
8. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
9. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, items may be returned in accordance with this policy and a new order may be placed separately.
