1. Order Processing Time

Ready-Stock Items

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items

  • Processing timelines vary depending on specifications and order requirements.
  • Estimated production schedules will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Orders will be dispatched only after payment has been successfully processed.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.
  • Transit times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local courier operations.
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Packaging & Presentation

Cushion covers are carefully folded and shipped in protective packaging to ensure safe transit while minimizing unnecessary bulk.

Cushions ordered with inserts are shipped in protective boxes. Depending on size and destination, inserts may be vacuum-compressed to preserve form and optimize delivery efficiency. Upon opening, inserts will naturally regain their intended shape.

All items are packaged with consideration for material integrity and presentation upon arrival.


6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. TS DECO does not collect or control these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable, including in the event of refused delivery or returns.


7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) will be sent.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


8. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility and risk transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

TS DECO is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities
  • Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after dispatch
  • Delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and assist where possible in accordance with carrier policies.


10. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to additional shipping fees, delays, or cancellation at our discretion.

TS DECO is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
